These awards mean a lot to Adventure Auto Glass because, in case you didn’t know, there are over 30 shops in the Quad Cities alone.  Not to mention several others in the Verde Valley.  Dave Rittershaus, the owner, strives to take care of each and every vehicle as if it were his own.  He has also been known to put on wiper blades for free.  Sometimes he tells the customer, sometimes he doesn’t and lets the customer find them replenished on their own.  Dave has also been known to do other outrageous customer service antics in his travels.  A customer told Dave of some hardship she had run into and her poor pup was in disarray.  Dave helped her get the dog groomed.  Dave is one of a kind.  He walks his talk.

If you didn’t know, he also gives $25.00 in YOUR name to any animal shelter to help save lives.  But some people don’t want to give to animal shelters so he has given to women’s shelters, schools, drug rehabs and PTO’s.  Dave is one of a kind.  People gravitate to him and understandably so.  His generous heart and his impeccable attention to detail when working on your car are second to none.

Do you know why Dave started Adventure Auto Glass in 2005?  He was working for a big box auto glass company and was frustrated with the cut-rate service customers were receiving.  The corporation would not allow for the proper time for installs and replacements.  Dave knew he could do it better.  He quit his safe, corporate job that paid well with full benefits in order to help his customers receive quality installations.  Your windshield is a huge part of safety in your vehicle.  Dave installs right EVERY TIME.  If something is not quite right, he tells the customer right away.  There is no misleading the customer.  That is not how Adventure Auto Glass does business.  If there is a problem, Dave will come out and fix it as soon as possible.  Again, read their reviews, they speak volumes.
