Happy New Year! 2020 is off and rolling with so much going on, good and bad. However, we are not going to focus on what’s already wrong. Instead, let us focus on what is going well and perhaps how to solve what we would like to change. Essentially, this is our top 5 New Year’s resolutions with a twist of thankfulness!
To fix my windshield as soon as possible so that it does not need to be replaced.
This is an auto glass blog; did you expect us not to write at least one resolution about windshields? Another thing is to be thankful for your chip free windshield, you never know when an unsuspecting rock could ruin that.
Improve Your Health
That’s mental and physical folks! Eat better, sleep more, exercise as often as you can. These do the body wonder. Also, be thankful for what you still can do and for the opportunities you’ve been given.
This generally means buy less of what you don’t need in 2020. Use degradable packaging, use less plastic, recycle more. Not only is it good for the planet, but it’ll give you a boost of accomplishment that just feels good. Additionally, be thankful that you can consume less, that you are at a point of excess that you can decrease without it majorly affecting your life!
Wake up without your phone
Sure, use it as an alarm clock if you’d like, but try going at least 15 minutes in the morning without using your phone, especially social media. So often, starting the day looking at Twitter can put us in the worst mood.
Have a good year!
The last couple years have been rough for a lot of people. While some of that is external, outlook plays a major role. So, for this year, and ones to follow, enjoy your time as much as you can. Be thankful for the positives of your situation and capture happy moments. Let us not allow small things to ruin our days.
