Should Auto Glass Providers Offer Cash Back?

Our industry is riddled with “cash back” offers.  Why is that?  Some say it’s a way to grab attention.  Others think it’s important to “buy” customers.  We are curious as to what YOU think.  Our industry is unregulated.  That means literally anyone can CUT into your car.  What makes you choose your auto glass company?  Is it as important as your mechanic or can ANYONE do it?  Let us know.  We’d love to hear from you.
