DIY Windshield Defrosting Spray
Do it yourself defrosting spray:
It is finally cold enough in Arizona for that early morning frost to for on our windshields. As pretty as it may look, it is quite a nuisance when we need to go to work. It is especially inconvenient when your windshield wipers are stuck to the glass too, preventing you from using your wiper fluid to aid in melting.
Given this problem, what are our options?
Well, you could turn on your defroster and wait. However, you might not have the time or patience to wait. You could also use some elbow grease and an ice scraper…. I’m sure we’d all enjoy that.
Alternatively, you could use a defrosting spray! If you’ve not heard of this product, it is simply a spray that you apply to your frosty windshield and wipe away the, now melted, ice.
However, a store-bought defrosting solution can be expensive or hard to find this time of year, so we are going to show you how to make it yourself!
It’s a complex process with many steps, so pay attention!
